It has been a while since we did this poster mania thingie. Just a quick one this time around. There have been a lot of awesome Movie posters making waves all across, but as usual, only a very selected few manage to make it to the 9E3K page. That’s life!
First up: Conviction
Starring Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell, based on a true story. The trailer reveals pretty much everything about the plot, but this one is surely going to be drama at its best. Directed by Tony Goldwyn, Conviction releases on 15 October, 2010 in the US.
P.S. The poster is a bit dull. Hope the movie isn’t.

So, I finally convinced myself to sit through SALT, the new Angelina Jolie spy-thriller movie. Yeah, the one which is being raved about as the Jason Bourne movie minus the wiener, and you know, female parts etc etc. If you really walked in expecting stuff like Bourne or Bond, or even Ethan Hunt, let me just say it to you upfront, you’d be extremely disappointed. Because, even if you didn’t, disappointment reigns throughout this movie with its abundant doses of cliche’s, fail action sequences and overall lack of punch in the script. That’s enough talk! What’s with the blonde look?
Angelina Jolie is a pretty girl. True story. But the blonde look makes her look like a cross between 50 year old Samantha Jones and a pornstar look-alike. Seriously, who designed this look for her, and how the hell did she even agree to it? Moreover, her hair keeps changing throughout the course of the movie – from blonde to brunette (looks much better) to cut short to look like a dude – which brings us to our second point.

I am in love with Tumblr. It has the best of all that social networking has to offer. So, here I have collected these two awesome GIFs from AndBusiness. Do check out the tumblog for a lot of awesome stuff.

Right from this moment, I have decided to aggressively step in to do some marketing and advertising of my blog using the big power of reblogging on Tumblr, retweeting on Twitter, Thumbs Up on Stumble Upon, ’Liking’ on Facebook, ‘Digging’ on Digg and ‘Redding it’ on Reddit. Have I covered all there is in the Social Media world? I don’t think so. But for now I have covered the big ones I suppose.
