Comic Con isn’t just about cosplaying. It is also about the cool stuff, and the celebs / special guests. It being London, and not San Diego, we do get our fair share of ok celebs, and mostly has-beens. Here’s some of them that I managed I to capture.
It’s that time of the year again. Yes, London Film And Comic Con 2013. And like a moth to a flame, I was there to do my part. Snappity-snap all them cosplayers. Here are my favourite ones, and I am handing out awards. Hit the jump:
The May-end bank holiday weekend was just a big geeking out weekend at the London Excel Centre, where the MCM Expo London Comic Con was held. With cosplayers, millions of collectibles on sale, original comic artists, and guests speakers – this was where geeks called home. But the biggest thing I look forward to at any Comic Con (apart from the hot-shot guests, which unfortunately London doesn’t get much of ), are the cosplayers.
They are the ones who make it all so colourful and geeky. And yes, there was an official Cosplay masquerade and all that. But it was just really… all that. Here is the real shit. Ladies and Gentlemen, here is – the 9E3K MCM Expo Cosplay Awards 2013.
So hit the jump for all them magnificent cosplays.
The recently held Eurogamer Expo 2012 at London’s Earl’s Court saw many XBOX 360, PS3 flagship game titles being demoed for gaming enthusiasts. Nintendo were also present at the expo to demo their much hyped Wii U. Apart from the gaming booths, there was a Call of Duty Black Ops II Gaming arena, where almost 20-30 gamers battled it out. Also, one of the highlights of the expo was an old school Street Fighter / Tekken competition. I happened to be one of the lucky ones, who got in (after some amount of ticket hunting on eBay). Here are a few highlights of the event with plenty of pics to feast your eyes upon.
